Hi Ronni, Thank you for asking! Our Curl Cream has a more creamy lotion like texture that is ultra moisturizing to enhance dry hair, it does not have as strong of a hold as the Flaxseed Hair Gel. Flaxseed Hair Gel main goal is to provide definition and hold for curly hair and is also moisturizing though that is an added benefit provided by the Flaxseed mucilage and not the main goal of Flaxseed Hair gel.
