Shake well. Spritz wet clean hair thoroughly. Let sit for 30 minutes. Rinse and condition normally. Or, spritz directly into a small amount of conditioner in your palm. Swirl together and apply to hair. Let sit for 30 minutes then rinse. Use weekly to monthly.

Hi, Jessica thank you for asking! That is a fantastic plan! You will have to play around a bit to get it customized to your hair. Hair that likes a normal amount of protein I recommend 1 pump per oz of product, use that to scale up or down depending on your hair needs! (You can also do the same thing, at the same ratio with Hair Oil to add more emollients to your products!)
