Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) (10-15 business days for wholesale accounts), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders over $75 ship free automatically within the United States!

Under normal circumstances shipping through USPS priority mail takes an average of 1- 3 business days to go from California (where we ship) to the east coast and 1-7 days First Class. Under Current shipping times through USPS shipping times have been taking as long a 1-21 business days to ship.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for all orders in Danville, CA (94506). Please email admin@asimpleplanet.com if you would like to use this option.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. A Simple Planet is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
