Cancellation policy

Subscriptions are billed and shipped on the schedule you select at checkout (every 1, 2, or 3 months) and include a 10% discount on every shipment. There is no minimum commitment.

You can skip a shipment, change your frequency, swap products, pause, or cancel at any time through your account at asimpleplanet.com, or by emailing admin@asimpleplanet.com. Changes and cancellations take effect for your next scheduled order; please make them at least 24 hours before your next billing date, as orders that have already been processed will ship as scheduled.

Subscription shipments are covered by our standard Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not refund orders that have already shipped.

We may update subscription pricing with advance notice by email; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
