I really love this product. I have very curly hair and it has good hold. I've used it for years now and it's always good and does not flake and it is not stiff.

I love this hair gel! It can be lighter and very soft if you use a little bit, and it can be firm and more stiff if you use more. I have extremely bad frizz/flyaways. If you brush out your hair after it dries, it is soft and smooth with no flyaways. There's never any stickiness or residue in the hair. I've used it on wet or dry hair with good results either way, but wet is best for taming flyaways. I have super sensitive skin and this doesn't make me break out!

New go to hair gel! I’ve been trying to cut as much plastic out of my daily routine as I can, but found it SO difficult to find a non plastic, zero waste curly hair product. Then I stumbled upon this company 😍 the shipping was super quick, and the product is phenomenal. The lavender scent is not chemically at all; smells like authentic lavender. The product goes on extremely smooth on my curls and leaves a wonderful bounce. In love! Can’t wait to order the refills. Sustainably has never looked and felt so good.
This has good hold. I am trying the "Curly Girl" method, and I got a decent cast on this when I diffused my hair. I have dense, medium coarse, wavy 2b/2c hair that normally flattens out and gets beachy after day 1 if I don't use gel. With this gel, my curls were voluminous and well defined for 3 days!
It took me a while to learn how much gel I should use (I had to use more than I thought, but it makes sense because I have thicker hair than the Youtuber I follow), and at what stage to use the gel. I found it worked best for me to gel *after* I plopped my hair with microfiber towel. I have been looking for something natural that actually works in my hair and my daughters and this is it. Not only does it keep her curls soft and together, it works just as well on my hair which is more of a wavy curly w lots of fly always. Even better the zero ware packaging is icing on the cake! I would have been happy just to have natural that worked or zero waste that works but now I can have both! I Ve never recxonwnsed hair products before because everyone’s needs are different but I have emailed friends already. Give it a chance and try trail size but I think you might be disappointed you didn’t get the larger one right away.

This hair gel is great, as always. I've been using it for years. It's lightweight if you use a little, and firm if you use a lot. It helps keep my frizzies down. Safe healthy ingredients and no scent to the unscented version.

It's pretty expensive when you include $10 for shipping to include a return envelope (which I accidentally threw away). I won't need more gel for close to 2 years at which point who knows if SP will still be in business. Plus, the emissions from shipping an empty container back are likely equal to the plastic savings, if not more. Sort of greenwashing, but I do like the product.

I love the packaging and I will reuse the travel sized bottles. This product does not work for me. My scalp absolutely loves it, but my curls are not a fan. I have nothing bad to say. I have 2c curls that are prone to being dry. It is worth a try to find out for yourself.
