Refunds & Store Credit
Full Refund: Contact us and ship back products within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund.
75% Refund: Contact us and ship back products between 31–60 days of receipt to receive a 75% refund.
75% Store Credit: After 60 days (up to one year from purchase), please ship the items back and you will receive a store credit for 75% of the purchase price.
Cancel purchase before shipping: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase as long as your products have not shipped. If shipped, you will need to return the products in new, unopened condition to receive a full refund.
Condition of Return
Please return products in new or gently used condition. A Simple Planet is a small business shop and trusts you that the product you would like to return did not work for you.
Trial Sizes (2.7 oz.) are Non-returnable, Non-Refundable
Due to the costs associated with producing trial size bottles, they are not returnable or refundable. Thank you for understanding.
Exchanges: We’re happy to offer exchanges! They follow the same timeline and conditions as our refund policy. Just email us at admin@asimpleplanet.com to get started.
Third-Party Purchases: Our return and refund policy applies only to products purchased directly through A Simple Planet. If you purchased from another retailer, please reach out to them directly regarding their return or exchange policy.
Additional Notes: All of our products are made from the most natural ingredients possible which have their own natural smells. Essential oils such as lavender or sweet orange scents are used to masked some of this scent. Unscented products are not returnable or refundable simply because you do not find the natural odor pleasant.
Examples: Unscented Flaxseed Hair Gel smells like bread, Unscented Defined Hair Gel has a slight chemical smell associated with Aloe Vera, and Unscented Clean Shampoo smells like yogurt from the natural fermentation process used to preserve it.
